(1) Telephone Support
Whenever customers meet a problem or abnormal situation with our machines, they could call us for telephone technical support in 24/7.
After receiving the confirmation of the customer’s service request, our technician shall be arranged to call back to provide the specific solutions, which can be clarified in the phone.
(2) Support Onsite
Whenever customers meet a problem or abnormal situation with our machines, they could call us for technical support.
After receiving the confirmation of the customer’s service request, if we could not solve the problem in the phone, we shall send the professional technician to present onsite immediately to solve the problem eventually.
(3) Aftersales Tracking
Finishing the installation for customers’ new machine, or doing the maintenance or reconditioning service for the customers’ exiting machines, we would send the installation or maintenance report to the operator or other related personnel within 5 working days. After that, we will contact the customers from time to time to check how everything is going, and provide timely technical supports if they need.
(4) Quick Delivery of Spare Parts
Most of the wearable accessories and important spare parts shall be stocked at our warehouse in China, if there were some special parts running out of stock, we will have them delivered by FedEx, UPS or DHL to the customer’s factory.
(5) Inspecting Tour
We regularly have our professional technician teams making an inspecting tour at different territories, if customer in the territory needs support or any further bakery or food manufacturing solutions, we could react very fast and provide the accordingly helps to them.
